Organic Honey products from the Asalli hive originated from our passion for nature and for sharing its most tasteful delicacies. The importance of bees is fully respected and devoted to us, and we are committed to ethical manufacturing and harvesting. Our beehives are located within Shouf Biosphere Reserve. In Addition, our Cedar honey is unsurpassed in taste and flavor.
The production of our signature Cedar honey is relatively low due to its limited geographical location and specific requirements. The cedar forests in Lebanon are abundant, but not all of them can be used to produce cedar honey; in order to isolate cedar honey, or any mono-strain honey such as pure cedar honey, and the hives must be located within a radius of 4-6 kilometers of a single plant or vegetation. Our honey is one of a kind, due to its unique aroma, taste, and high value and quality that can only be found in the Barouk Cedar Reserve in the Shouf region.
